Keeping to his word, Petty has broadened his line-up as far as featured artists on tracks. This year we've seen the Crenshaw superstar join forces with artists MemoThe Mafioso, Bravo The BagChaser, Casey Veggies, DaiDMB, and frequent collaborator Gusto Lemeirt. Now, he's linking up with South Central hotshot DJ off the booming rap duo BlueBucksClan.

The collaboration between the two came without a stretched announcement. The cover art for the collab dropped via Instagram only hours before the song was released.

The song's release came only a week after Petty dropped his long-awaited project Petty Theft 2. The tape featured production by Azera, JuiceOfAllTrades, P.Bandz, Clive 100k, Almighty Moon, and Laudiano and artists Casey Veggies, G2, Gusto Lemeirt, and MemoTheMafioso.

As far as DJ, he and the Clan have been on a serious grind over the past few months. Between releasing multiple projects, being spotted with some of Hip-Hop's greatest, and announcing major moves in their collaborative efforts, their boundless ambition should not go unappreciated.

With all the buzz the Clan has made this year Steve Austin may just be the coldest collaboration Petty has brought to the light within recent months. Still we must keep in mind Petty opened up 2020 on a hot streak and has made it clear he will not let up on us in the second half.
