WATTS PRODUCER RAPPA: RISE TO GREATNESS

Today, producers take on many hats as they are the glue that binds the industry.Unarguably there are more producers entering the barking mad world of Hip Hop and excelling than there are artist. Yet many times, the most sought-after producers and their efforts aren't as recognized as their own talent.

Watts producer Rappa is a proven young talent with a master plan.


His resume racks up a handful of celebratory collaborations with many of L.A.'s so called greatest. Including Rico Recklezz, RJ, Rucci, 03 Greedo and even assisted Larry Jayy and Official with packs for Dj Mustard.


In an interview with Respect Magazine, Rappa shared his plans for the community of Watts.

"A lot will be given back. I’m [planning] on creating after-school programs for the youth which will lead them to a brighter future and increase the success rate" he said.

Though those plans may be at a halt due to the national and ongoing health crisis, Rappa has continued his upward trending as a producer.


His most recent collaborative tracks include the track "Profit" with the valley's big name Santana818 also known as Santeezy.


The official video has racked up a total of 21.8k views on Thizzler On The Roof's official YouTube channel in less than a month.

"It’s our first single for one of many collaboration projects that I’m working on this year."

"Where The Cash At" followed the release. This time featuring InkyBoyLexx.

This week Rappa and Westside Mcfly showcased just one of the many "hitters" they promised fans.

"Know the Name" featuring the fiery vocalist Alayah is a storytelling track that highlights the positive and motivational efforts of the late Nipsey Hussle.

This year Rappa plans to drop a personal project aside from the the numerous he is already cooking up with the big guns and up coming artist including Whokid Woody, L4, Lil One Hunnet, RBZ, Chris O’ Bannon, GoGetta KB, Lil Bro, Panda Badazz, Jae 5ive, Westside Mcfly, MixedByJerimiah, and AshBashThaRapper.
